ABOUT
At Regenevise, we know that the key to treating chronic conditions and promoting long-term health is regenerative medicine. Stem cells drive regeneration, and connecting you with medical experts who know how to unlock their true potential is what we do best. Our team cuts through the tedious process of trying to find providers who offer specialized regenerative treatment — we do all the work for you.
We take the time to understand your health needs and match you with the ideal provider who offers targeted stem cell therapy, thus making it easier and faster for you to receive the care you need.
There are currently 4 main types of stem cell therapy available in the U.S.:
- Bone marrow-derived stem cells – involves a painful procedure where stem cells are obtained from bone marrow.
- Newborn-derived stem cells (NDSCs) – derived from cord blood, placentas, or Wharton’s jelly from umbilical cords.
- Adipose (fat)-derived stem cells (ADSCs) – a procedure that involves collecting fat from the patient’s abdomen and isolating stem cells through a process that separates fat and other debris. It is usually an in-office procedure that yields an optimal source of stem cells that are provided directly to the patient. This is similar to platelet-rich plasma (PRP) prep, in which stem cells and growth factors are isolated from a patient’s blood and provided to the patient the same day — a process that has been in existence for more than 20 years.
- Nascent ADSCs – a new process where a small amount of fat is collected from the patient’s belly (micro-liposuction) and sent to a specialized lab that uses the harvested stem cells to generate nascent (new) stem cells that can be expanded into an unlimited supply of that patient’s own stem cells.
The highly experienced doctors we partner with specialize in NDSC and nascent ADSC therapy. Nascent ADSCs provide stem cells that are derived from and match the patient’s biological makeup, and they can be harvested at any age. They have a limited ability to mature into various cell types but are optimal for tissue repair and tissue regeneration.
NDSCs have a greater capacity to mature into a wide variety of cell types but are limited to collection procedures shortly after birth. However, NDSCs confer a broader therapeutic potential for regenerative medicine. Additionally, NDSCs usually have a higher concentration of stem cells and have a stronger overall impact than nascent ADSCs, but they are not always a readily available or compatible source.
The demonstrated benefits of stem cell therapy include:
- Fat grafting
- Cardiac repair
- Wound healing
- Skeletal muscle repair
- Tendon reconstruction
- Nerve, bone, and cartilage regeneration
We take the guesswork out of trying to decide which type of therapy is right for you and choosing the best provider who can tailor specialized stem cell treatment to meet your individual needs. Let Regenevise bridge the gap between your healthcare needs and medical experts who can offer targeted, effective stem cell therapy that boosts quality of life.
